11 European partner institutions (with 13 scientific laboratories), 2 SMEs, and a large pharma company
with scientific expertise in proteomics, structural biology, biochemistry, and cell biology tackling some of the most relevant questions of epigenetics and cell fate.
We started on 1.12.2011 and will run for 5 years.
The 4DCellFate final meeting+ Read more
took place from November 21 to 23, 2016 at NOVA Medical School in Lisbon.
During the two days meeting the 50 partipcants discuss the latest results and main achievements of the project. The presentations were mainly given by PhD students and young post-Docs.
The 4DCellFate project aims to elucidate how the PRC and NuRD complexes control cell fate, by systematically analyzing various aspects of these complexes: their structure, their function in various cellular contexts, and their interactions with other regulatory factors, nucleic acids, and nucleosomes.
4DCellFate is a project in the 'Health Theme' of the European Commission's Seventh Framework Programme, with the grant agreement no. 277899.
